In order to expedite claim processing, reduce late claim submission, eliminate denials, and reduce patient balance aging by generating monthly patient statements we provide Patient Services. We also provide a balance inquiry answering service for patients. Services are provided relating to patients as well as any affiliated hospitals, provider offices, and any other health care facility involved for the purpose of resolving any claims that may require additional information or payment.
